salary:
$65,000 - $92,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Set up and configure CNC machines for wire production operations, including selecting appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters. Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to generate tool paths and machining instructions for wire components. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to review technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances for wire components. Conduct trial runs and tests to ensure CNC programs and machine setups meet quality standards and production requirements. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to optimize production Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions to resolve programming or setup errors.
