    We are currently seeking a

    Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for

    developing a disciplined DMS approach to material management processes.

    This position will also manage inventory planning for raw materials through finished goods, ensuring inventory is maintained at optimal levels so company goals and customer requirements are met.

    This is a new position, and will be responsible for the management of strategic and tactical resources in a Beckman Coulter plant.

    We need a colleague who has extensive knowledge of integrated ERP systems (preferably Oracle), lean manufacturing concepts, material planning, and warehouse management to help us right-size our inventory, create levelness in the supply chain and drive our team to world-class supply chain practices.

    You will be an integral part of the Loveland organization as well as linked to the Global Materials Planning group while reporting to the Loveland Sr Plant Manager of Operations.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    Manage production scheduling and finished good planning teams to optimize balance of FG inventory velocity and factory-level loading.

    Manage the plant buying organization, shipping & receiving, material handling, warehousing, and inventory, including inventory control (cycle counting, IMAG, etc.)

    Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at improving planning tools and capabilities.

    Enhance internal communication with other departments on cost reduction, supplier quality improvement initiatives, and localized materials strategies.


    Drive targeted, sustainable improvement in OTD and Inventory turns as well as related KPI's/objectives by maximizing DBS tools and facilitation skills.

    The required qualifications for the job include:

    Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience , or master's degree with 7 years' experience. MBA is a preferred level of education.

    Experience in ERP systems, inventory management, buying, and supply chain management.

    Demonstrated leader with an ability to manage multiple priorities, focus efforts, overcome obstacles, and complete key objectives.

    Demonstrated experience working in matrix organization using strong communication skills and diplomacy competencies.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
    Supplier management

    Working to expert knowledge of Oracle ERP system

    Preferred knowledge of lean tools

    ASCM certification desirable (CPIM, CSCP, CTSC)

    The salary range for this role is $100K-$130K .


    This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

    We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
