The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Experience handling all phases of general liability, complex commercial and litigation matters, primarily focused on defense cases.
Extensive experience in all phases of discovery including written discovery, depositions of parties, and experts.
Ability to prioritize while meeting all deadlines and demonstrating a high level of reliability and efficiency.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong ethics, attention to detail, highly organized and have impeccable communication skills.
Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.


Requirements:
Two to six years experience.
Trial experience.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional writing, research, and litigation skills.
Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work in a team environment.
Admitted to practice in the state of California (required).
