    ** Forklift operator**

    Strategic Technology Institute, Inc , New York, USA Position Type: Contractor **Job Description:**

    The ancillary support services required by this PWS include manual handling of stored commodities and movement of stored commodities utilizing operating equipment. These commodities may be stored in drums, bags, boxes, flasks, kegs, or other types of containers that are stacked on pallets. These commodities may also be stored as individual pieces that are banded into bundles/lifts or as loose/bulk material segregated into piles. Services will be performed both outdoors and inside warehouses. **Job Requirements:**

    License Requirements: The Contractor shall ensure their employees have current and valid professional licenses or certifications required by Federal, Indiana State, and local law. The following professional licenses or certifications are required:

    A current photo identification card issued by any state.

    A valid and current training certificate/license for the operation of a 6K, gas-operated, counter-balanced forklift.

    Any other professional license or certification required by Federal, NY State, and local law related to the performance of a specific service required herein.

    The Contractor shall provide copies of all required current and valid professional licenses or certifications required by Federal, NY State and local law to the COR for review and approval prior to Contractor employees operating any equipment that requires valid professional licenses or certifications ** Forklift operator**
