    Responsible for leading a group of 6 to 10 Systems Manager and Engineers
    Lead the development of system level requirements
    Oversee the Controls and Releasing activities to develop functions and features successfully
    Directing team to determine the gap between current state and prioritization of activities
    Determine where DFMEAs will be needed and develop them in the design
    Lead team to create Systems Level DVP&Rs and coordinate test and performance validation activities
    Support communication and interpretation of sub-system requirements to internal and external sources.
    Ensure timely completion of all system development necessary to meet program objectives and milestones
    Meet system corporate objectives for cost, quality, and efficiency
    Ensure engineering processes are consistently and effectively utilized
    Utilize problem solving process for resolving test, build and field, incidents to provide timely closure to issues affect quality, reliability and durability (QRD)
    Ensure product and all design changes are properly validated and comply with federal compliance, regulatory, and testing requirements
    Performs other duties as assigned by management.

    Your Experience Includes:
    BS in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering, MS preferred
    8-10 years of systems/controls/releasing engineering experience within the transportation industry with chassis design and/or dynamic vehicle performance experience
    Experience in Electric Vehicles
    Experience in requirements management, DVP creation
    Experience in a MATLAB Simulink environment a plus
    J1939 or vehicle level CAN experience a plus
    Basic understanding of functional safety
    Experience in Drive-by-Wire system design and analysis

    Travel: 0-10%
