The Senior Tax Recruiter & Professional Development Lead is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of all levels of tax professionals while also designing and supporting professional development initiatives for tax staff.This role partners closely with tax leadership and Human Resources to attract top talent, build strong pipelines, and support long-term growth, engagement, and retention of tax professionals.

- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level tax roles (e.g., Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, Directors), including sourcing interviewing offer management
- Develop execute targeted recruiting strategies for specialized tax disciplines
