We are looking for a Remodeling Crew Member to join our dynamic remodeling team in Mobile, AL. The role involves performing remodeling and renovation tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and cabinetry.Responsibilities
- Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, finishing, basic electrical, plumbing,
- HVAC and other remodeling tasks to bring project visions to life
- Operate hand tools power tools heavy equipment safely efficiently on construction sites reading interpreting blueprints schematics construction drawings accurately execute project plans. ,
- Carpentry trim carpentry door hanging cabinet installation framing conducting construction inspections quality standards met throughout each phase project supporting concrete forming finishing masonry work roofing stucco application tile laying needed assisting plumbing electrical installations following schematics safety protocols maintaining clean organized work environment adhering safety guidelines times requirements prior experience construction remodeling projects highly preferred familiarity site procedures plus proficiency hand tools power tools scaffolding heavy equipment operation ability read blueprints technical drawings accurately knowledge management estimating processes advantageous experience concrete plastering welding flooring tile laying or masonry desirable understanding safety standards related sites personal protective equipment PPE excellent teamwork skills follow detailed instructions communicate effectively physical stamina perform manual labor various weather conditions extended periods ,
