Requirements?

• Experience and Certification: Whether you have two or more years of caregiving experience under your belt or you're a certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA) with at least one year of experience, we welcome your expertise.

• Valid IDs and Proof of US Work Authorization: As part of our commitment to legal compliance and transparency, we require valid identification and proof of U.S. work authorization. • Background and Eligibility Checks: Safety is paramount. We conduct thorough criminal background checks and verify U.S. work eligibility to ensure peace of mind for both caregivers and families.

• Driving Records and Insurance: If driving is part of your caregiving duties, we'll check your driving record and ensure you have a valid Driver's License and updated Auto Insurance.
