    Senior Operations Analyst Job Description

    The Senior Operations Analyst collects and analyzes data to evaluate operations and processes, facilitating complex decision-making. This position requires a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or Python for data cleaning, manipulation, and transformation.
    • Understanding of statistical concepts and methods to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Create clear and informative visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate insights effectively.
    • Break down complex problems into smaller components, identify root causes, and make informed decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (4-7 years of related experience).
    • Familiarity with process improvement techniques like Lean Six Sigma, business operations, and financial concepts.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
