Job summary
We are seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business.This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance.
The ideal candidate will have drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money by taking the lead to promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs,
Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations,
Closing sales effectively by working closely with F&I team,
Follow up and commit to a no-pressure approach with each customer
- No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply
