Job Description: Mallinckrodt is looking for a dynamic individual to join as a Thought Leader Liaison. As a Thought Leader Liaison, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field of Pulmonology.

Summary:

The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) will be responsible for creating and maintaining connections with Key Opinion Leaders within the assigned region. Reporting to the Thought Leader Liaison Lead under the Specialty Brands Marketing team, the TLL will collaborate closely with commercial teams to advocate Mallinckrodt's products to KOLs. This role involves managing speakers, gathering KOL insights, and other important tasks. The position demands independent work and effective decision-making.

Essential Functions:

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders.
• Support deep involvement of KOLs, navigating through institutions and professional organizations.
• Coordinate one-on-one interactions between Mallinckrodt team and KOLs.

• Attend and oversee brand activities in regional and national conferences.
• Manage sponsorships and congress plans.
• Coordinate executive meetings with KOLs.
• Support conference and speaker contract requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of congress materials.

• Collaborate across teams to develop external engagement strategies.
• Work closely with sales to align conference KOL engagement plans.
• Provide market insights to the marketing team.
• Support board strategy development and advisory recommendations.
• Assist in KOL Speaker bureau relations.
• Summarize insights from key congresses.

Additional Information:

• Regular business travel required (50% - 65%).
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Located near a hub airport is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industries.
• 5+ years in thought leader engagement.
• 3+ years working in Pulmonology.
• Experience in HCP key strategies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions ethically.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree desired.
