    This is a remote position.


    Responsibilities:
    Responsible and accountable for leading the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic analysis for the business.

    Responsible for developing and driving a proactive, collaborative partnership between functions across the organization, understanding Finance & Analytics team needs (at Corporate and the Regions), driving constructive and engaging conversations, monitoring stakeholder feedback, and identifying trends and opportunities to advance the Companys overall business and financial strategy.

    Lead the Companys budgeting and forecasting process, including quantitative analysis around the Companys key business drivers.
    Manage the FP&A calendar (close, forecast, reporting, budget), coordinating with key stakeholders.

    Work closely with Corporate Controller in preparation for stakeholder reporting and MD&A (for lenders and sponsors)Lead and coordinate ad hoc requests from company leadership.

    Create effective performance metrics (KPIs) that can be regularly tracked to measure progress and drive accountability throughout the organization.

    Drive profitable growth by improving visibility, forecasting, consolidation and analysis of results and key metrics while advising senior management on insights and recommended actions.

    Develop partnership with stakeholders throughout organization and drive cross-functional alignment on finance processes and planning.
    Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, market conditions, and trends. Assess economic and Hilb specific business drivers and their corresponding impact.
    Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
    Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    Minimum 7 years of experience within the Finance function or with relevant experience in strategy/management consulting, or corporate finance with at least 3 years managing FP&A.Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis tools; experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) systems and financial software is desirable.

    Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, perform quantitative analysis, and develop actionable insights.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Proven leadership experience, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive results, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

    Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across a breadth of stakeholders.

    Insurance experience is a plus, with a preference for working knowledge of direct bill, agency bill, personal lines, commercial lines, employee benefits, and specialty insurance.

    Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills.
    Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to think strategically.
