- Negotiate installment plans within unit guidelines to help resolve the balance.
- Facilitate actual audits for estimated audits referred to unit.
- Obtain dispute details for on referred balances.
- Refer any settlement offers to management for review and approval.
- Assist as needed on an ad hoc basis.
- 1-3 years of direct Business to Business collections experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of collection techniques and of collections.
- Excellent customer service and issue resolution skills necessary to work with both internal and external customers.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to interact with various levels of the organization. Must have a collaborative approach to developing relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong phone skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office – Word, Excel & Outlook and of SharePoint.
- Experience with Majesco billing system a plus.
- Understanding of basic commercial insurance.
- Strong negotiating skills.

Engage in direct collection efforts regarding balances referred to internal Legal Collections unit via phone and email. This is a Remote position or if you reside near the following area would be a plus: MI, GA, IL, NY/NJ, AR, or Eastern PA.
