- Researches and recommends workable solutions and management actions that are based on sound management principles and are achievable in relation to agency policy and regulations.
- Prepares directives, memoranda, policy statements, and other written guidelines and recommendations for review by management.
- Provides administrative support to the Regional Office, including technical guidance and direction on receiving, tracking, and responding to all forms of correspondence (mail, email, telephone calls, and web-based communications).
- Analyzes management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology, as needed.
- Identifies and reviews data required for use in the management and direction of programs.
- Incumbent may assist with planning, coordinating, and developing budget proposals for the agency.
