The PENTA Building Group is searching for a construction Senior Project Scheduler to join our team in Los Angeles and Orange County CA A PENTA Senior Project Scheduler will report to the Scheduling Manager and be responsible for planning developing and maintaining construction schedules for a large-size project They coordinate with project managers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the construction project is completed on time and within budget We trust that you have Minimum 7-10 years of scheduling experience in the construction industry Basic knowledge of standard construction practices and project sequencing vast knowledge of engineering procurement and construction terminology concepts Excellent knowledge of scheduling procedures basic scheduling concepts principles practices Proficient plan specification reading review interpretation skills Ability to exercise creativity mature judgment anticipating solving problems Ability to work in a cross-functional collaborative team-based environment Excellent analytical problem-solving skills initiative seeking innovative solutions Active listening skills effective interpersonal written verbal communication skills openness diverse input feedback Collaboration skills team player who can work independently meet deadlines goals objectives Strong organizational time management skills attention detail Experience working in construciton software scheduling programs Oracle Primavera Cloud Oracle Primavera P6 are preferred Salary Range DOE $90,000 - $130,000 The PENTA Building Group maintains broad salary ranges for its roles order account variations education training relevant work experience business needs market demands Pay range may differ other locations Candidates typically placed into range based preceding factors good faith offer this position Company reserves right ultimately pay more less posted range offer additional benefits compensation depending circumstances not related applicant's sex or other status protected by local state or federal law
