- Participes in the evaluation, configuration, implementation, and integration of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information System Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
- Six years of relevant experience or three years of relevant supervisory-level experience in designing, implementing and maintaining an enterprise-wide system.
- Certification in Microsoft/Azure, Oracle, Amazon AWS and SalesForce preferred.
- Experience serving as a technical architect for enterprise-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems within a large, complex organization, including system configuration, security architecture, data integration, and support of mission-critical business processes.
- Experience working with middleware and integration technologies such as Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Boomi, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Experience leading custom application development and solution architecture, including modern architectural patterns such as Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), microservices, and cloud or hybrid environments, with the ability to evaluate, design, and oversee application solutions that align with enterprise standards.
- Experience providing technical leadership and architectural oversight for complex, multi-vendor technology initiatives; developing technical standards and documentation; and collaborating effectively with internal Information Technology staff, consultants, contractors, and external agencies.
- Experience leading business intelligence and analytics architecture initiatives, including data warehousing, reporting solutions, dashboards, and data governance practices, supporting both operational and executive-level reporting requirements.

Performs as a technical leader of application system development, network infrastructure or enhancement projects and/or multiple application support teams, which may include various Metro Information Technology personnel, technical contractors, consultants or other internal or external entities. This position will be the Technical Architect with backgrounds in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Human Capital Management (HCM), Middleware, Business Intelligence and custom application development. This position will oversee complex technology projects and is expected to have hands on experience. This position will interact and work with various Metro Information Technology personnel, technical contractors, consultants or other internal or external entities.
