A client of Insight Global is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join their team in Kansas City, MO.

As a water/wastewater engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing water and wastewater treatment systems. This includes conducting site investigations, analyzing data, developing engineering plans, and overseeing construction and installation. You will also be responsible for managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and team player.

You will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other engineers, so the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate is essential.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop water and wastewater treatment systems
Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine the best solution
Develop engineering plans and oversee construction and installation
Manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and other engineers
Stay updated on industry advancements and regulations
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technician

BS degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
PE License
10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
Strong technical skills in design and development of treatment systems
Project management/leadership experience
