    Overview

    T. Rowe Price Associates Inc. seeks a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer (VMWare) in Owings Mills, MD responsible to:

    • Support VMWare infrastructure, provide technical leadership, software support, and technical guidance in support of business-critical systems.
    • Assist in the implementation and support of services, security, and architectures to provide business solutions.
    • Maintain a high-level perspective on the day-to-day operational aspects of the department to identify, recommend, and implement efficiencies that can be built into existing processes and CI/CD procedures.
    • Build capabilities and functions that enable the adoption of enterprise platforms.
    • Drive strategy involving implementing standard methodologies in areas of automation, process orchestration, infrastructure as code, and observability.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Position requires MA degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Computer Engineering or related technical field, plus 3+ yrs of exp in systems design, programming, implementation, and integration including experience building modern converged infrastructures.
    • 3+ yrs exp with VMWare including VMware vSphere, ESXi, vRA, vRO, SRM, vROPS, Log insight, VMware Life Cycle Manager, Identity Manager, and PowerCLI.
    • 3+ yrs exp with using Linux and Windows Server and writing scripts (bash, PowerShell), and technical documentation.
    FINRA Requirements FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. Work Flexibility This role is eligible for remote work up to three days a week.
