    The Marketing Specialist specializes in event management, internal/external communications, and dealer support.

    For the Heavy Equipment business unit, responsibilities are planning and execution of trade shows, corporate events, email campaigns and communication, digital marketing projects, and other related activities.

    This position will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product team to advance company initiatives through digital marketing and events, including Tier 1 trade shows (ConExpo, World of Concrete, ARA), and Tier 2 trade shows (Regional); This position will be responsible for all activities associated with these events, from planning to execution and measurement.

    Manage agencies to maximize financial and creative advertising

    Handle coordination of industry tradeshow registration including booth space procurement, insurance, rental equipment, print ads, shipping materials and handouts/gifts.

    Lead project management and coordination of key dates
    Research and prepare marketing tools to develop our dealers marketing activity at regional shows
    Assist with event marketing and periodically attend events
    Lead successful execution of exhibit and marketing strategy at ConExpo
    Lead collaboration of marketing, e-marketing, social media, advertising and PR activities
    Oversee execution of design, contract, and supervise build of booth elements
    Successful planning and management of trade show budgets
    Marketing Cloud email campaign management
    Weekly dealer and staff emails (marketing, sales, announcements)
    Digital Marketing
    Assist with planning and Coordination of digital campaigns
    Coordinate with agency overall content calendar
    Manage all marketing-related administrative works such as Brand policing, etc.
    Manage contact forms and integrate with Salesforce as needed
    Assist with CRM database management
    Merchandise
    Lead the agency to manage merchandise development and program administration
    Health, Dental, and Vision
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration required
    ~5-7 years of experience in marketing and events management/communication

    ~ Experience with Marketing Cloud or other Email Marketing tools
    ~ Experience with Salesforce
    ~ Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
    ~ Some knowledge of Adobe CS, HTML, CSS, Canto DAM
    ~ Demonstrated strong project management experience
    ~ Highly organized and able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects
