The Clinical Social Worker conducts comprehensive assessments to include risk assessment and establishes therapy treatment objectives.Administers individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Evaluates patient data; develops and implements treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Master's (Required)
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
