- The salary range for this position is $44,800 to $77,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
- Must have either an LAC or LMSW
- Must be willing to work with children and adolescents in a school-based environment
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

- Evaluate the mental needs of clients based on review of client information
- Modifies treatment activities and approaches as needed to comply with changes in client status
- Refers patients, clients, or family members to community resources or specialists, as necessary; Provides case consultation and in-service training, as needed
- Plans and administers treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patients in controlling disorders and other problems
- Delegates and oversees work assignments of MHPPs, as assigned. Provides direct supervision of MHPPs at least weekly or more often as needed; also observes and evaluates the performance of MHPPs at least monthly, as assigned
- Must conduct face-to-face contact with each assigned MHPP for clinical supervision at least every 14 days and 12 contacts every 90 days
- Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client care

We seek mental health therapists (LAC, LMSW) for full-time positions in Jonesboro, AR.
Compensation:
LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
