Job Summary
The Sr. Account Director Client Services/Strategy is responsible for managing client success & retention across a dedicated portfolio of clients with the support of senior and junior staff,- Develop and oversee client satisfaction and retention billing and performance targets
& develop and execute on strategies that will exceed targets including Identifying meaningful KPIs
& metrics related to clients business goals Ensuring that objective performance reporting to clients is consistent
& provides insights/optimizations to meet goals Serving as an active participant
& strategist in annual client media planning/budgets fostering strong client relationships Lead innovation across the Agency with a focus on developing targeted solutions for clients to meet/exceed business goals Report to the VP SVP CEO Juice Media business on the direction of accounts as they relate to agency perspective any resources needed
to meet clients goals Act as solution-oriented liaison between client internal departments asks questions seeks
to understand strives drive improvement Support VP in development new client relationships Train mentor coach develop team of client services professionals creating environment nurtures supports excellence Travel when needed meet key
