    Description

    Established NOLA area firm seeking a 5yr+ experienced Personal Injury associate attorney to join their growing team With a relaxed atmosphere, work/life balance and convenient location, you would definitely enjoy making the change.

    Responsibilities as a PI Associate Attorney:

    • Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues
    • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
    • Assist with case management, including organizing files and maintaining case calendars
    • Attend client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials as needed
    • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments
    • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
    • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area

    Requirements as a PI Associate Attorney:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
    • PI practice area(prosecution)
    • Admission to the Louisiana state bar association
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Proficient in legal research tools and software
