Job DescriptionWe are an expanding addiction recovery facility actively seeking a seasoned Clinical Supervisor for our team of alcohol and drug counselors.
Our mission is to bring about life-transforming change for those dealing with substance abuse disorders.With your extensive experience and dedication, you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical supervision and building a competent counseling team.
This is a full-time opportunity located in Baltimore, Maryland.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide supervision and guidance to a team of dedicated alcohol and drug counselors.
Facilitate team meetings and case consultations, fostering a collaborative environment.
Review and co-sign all assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes to ensure quality care.
Participate in program development and staff training initiatives.
Carry out additional supervisory duties as required.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, or a Bachelor's in a related field.
Prior Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical supervision experience in the field of substance abuse.
Certifications:
Possession of a certified clinical supervision letter and Maryland licensing as either a CAC-AD, CSC-AD, or LCPC.
Salaries are highly competitive and negotiable, based on experience.
Skills:
Adept at utilizing computer-based productivity tools; thorough understanding of professional, national, and state ethical standards; familiarity with mental health issues in substance abuse recovery; a proven ability to work with a diverse clientele; and a history of successful team collaboration and leadership.
