    POSITION SUMMARY


    Currently, we are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 15 years of post-bachelor degree professional experience in interior design/interior architecture.

    Candidates should possess a strong design sensibility, excellent collaboration and communication skills, outstanding graphic ability, and interest in working on all phases of interior design work.

    Candidates should have strong technical skills and be willing and able to travel.

    REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

    Minimum 15+ years of post-bachelors degree professional experience

    Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design

    Areas of expertise – Luxury Single Family Residential and/or High-End Hospitality

    With a focus on Interior Architecture, the ability to translate Brand vision into project and location‐specific designs

    Broad experience with the entire project lifecycle from concept through construction documentation, purchasing, and installation

    Ability to effectively communicate design vision to Firm Leadership and Client(s)

    Effective client relationship skills and talent for working with diverse teams of designers

    Ability to work nimbly across multiple scope areas in parallel or phased schedules, or on multiple projects

    Deltek

    Smartsheets and/or Primavera

    InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite

    Microsoft Office

    Spec Software (i.e. Designer Pages, Spec Source, Spexx)

    Revit

    Working knowledge of Rhino and/or Sketchup

    BENEFITS


    At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position in NYC is between $125,000 and $135,000 annually.

    Final salary decisions are made based upon the candidate's education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.
