Production Support Specialist/Customer Service Specialist

MONDAY-FRIDAY Must be able to work all shifts.
Shift 7am-3:30pm, 8am-5pm, 9:30am-6pm, 11am-8pm
PAY RATE: 22.00

Job Summary:

The Production Support Specialist will provide customer assistance through phone calls and handle documentation tasks like word processing and data entry. They will also research online for verification purposes and analyze credit files. Even Simpler: This job involves helping customers over the phone with their problems, typing up documents, entering information into computers, looking things up on the internet to check facts, and checking credit records to find missing information.

Skill Requirements::

• Customer Service: At least 4 years of experience providing help and support to customers
• Call Center: Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment
• Mortgage: Knowledge or experience in mortgage-related processes for at least 2 years
• Credit: 3 years of experience dealing with credit analysis or related tasks
• Proficiency in Word Processing and Data Entry

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree (though a high school diploma is required)
• Ability to effectively use the internet for research ( Internet Research)

Pay Details: 22.00 per hour
