- 3 years paid training in Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy Model through the Philadelphia Child and Guidance Center (eligibility for state certification upon successful completion of training)

- Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Education, Rehabilitation or any Human Services related field

- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass required background clearances and screenings (FBI, Childline, Criminal, driving record)
- Previous experience working with children and families
- At least 2 years working within a Children Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP)

Summary
The Mental Health Professional is the lead member of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for treatment plan development. The Mental Health Professional serves as team leader providing team and individually delivered therapy and case management to children and their families in the home and/or community. Therapists work with the child and family to improve overall family attachments and cohesion, self-regulation, and anchor a support system.
