    Requirements

    1. A valid Illinois license is required for submission.

    Candidates must also meet specific requirements:


    • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past three years.

    • No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Hospital Sisters Health System.

    • We require COVID vaccination after submission with religious and medical declinations accepted.

    Necessary Credentials and Certifications


    1. Please ensure you have all necessary certifications or health documents uploaded on your profile before submitting applications.
      The dysrhythmia exam needs passing; only two attempts are given.
      BLS (Basic Life Support), NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) , ACLS(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
