Job Description

Rí Rá (translated as 'Good Fun') is a project born out of passion for Ciaran Sheehan and David Kelly, childhood friends from Ireland who moved to the USA in the 1990s.

Their goal was to establish a socializing spot reminiscent of the traditional Irish pubs from their hometowns.

This spot would feature genuine Irish décor, be inclusive to all, and function as a 'social hub' for the local community; a true Irish hangout.

Rí Rá in Uptown Charlotte, NC, includes a vibrant 2-story pub & restaurant, an outdoor deck, along with two additional brands (the Rí Rá Sandwich Shop and Uptown Coffee Co.). We seek individuals who align with our Mission (to 'Create Experiences That People Love') and find joy in making it happen.

What You Will be Doing

Operating a high-temperature dish machine for cleaning utensils, pots, pans, etc.
Hand washing pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment as needed
Following all Company SOP's for health & sanitation
Keeping the dish station clean, organized, and ready for inspection
Maintaining cleanliness of smallwares and kitchen equipment
Handling trash and grease storage areas
Performing deep cleaning tasks as instructed
Assisting with basic food prep duties
Ensuring compliance with local and state regulations related to food service and kitchen maintenance
