    Position Summary
    The University at Buffalo School of Law, in collaboration with UB's RENEW Institute (Research and Education in Energy, Environment and Water), invites applications for a full-time tenure track position at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, depending on experience, in the fields of Environmental Law, Energy Law, or related areas. Entry-level and lateral candidates will be considered. The RENEW Institute aims to advance Energy, Water and Environmental Sustainability as a foundation for a regenerative economy through multidisciplinary research.

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Excellent academic background, including J.D. or higher law degree.
    • Evidence of research potential and achievement and of potential for and commitment to successful teaching.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Additional professional, research or teaching experience. Potential for national or international visibility as a scholar.
    • The Committee will consider whether candidates have the promise to meet the law school's tenure expectations.

    Salary Range $120,000 - $170,000
