    Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader

    About the Role:

    • Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives to build and support excellent relationships with internal and external teams while providing world-class service to customers.
    • Guide your team on all facets of service concerning orders, products, complaint resolution, equipment, delivery days, and general inquiries.
    • Work with your team to ensure outstanding execution through proactive communication, monitoring performance, and coaching.
    • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the issue, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best resolution, and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Spearhead Freezer Asset Management by leading the coordination of procurement, placement, and tracking of freezer equipment.
    • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive customer calls and emails to enter orders, proactively contacting customers to request orders and promote the presence of the Perrys Ice Cream brand.
    • Set clear expectations, manage performance, and coach team members.
    • Analyze problems and resolve them quickly at the functional level.
    • Build quality relationships with customers and other team members.
    • Exercise safe behavior and maintain high-quality standards in customer service.

    Requirements:

    • A.S. or equivalent desired.
    • Prior work experience in a customer service role is preferred.
    • A high-energy, customer-focused individual with a positive attitude.
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
    • Excellent computer/typing skills and understanding of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    Working Conditions:

    • Work in an ice cream industry environment, interacting with customers and team members daily.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality standards in customer interactions.
