    Are you a passionate and qualified Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team for the uping school year in the Mesa, Arizona area.

    This is a unique chance to work with a supportive team and empower students with hearing impairments to achieve their full potential.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, focusing on academic, munication, and social skills development.
    • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
    • Utilize appropriate instructional strategies, technology, and resources to enhance student learning and engagement.
    • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
    • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to evaluate student performance and adjust instruction as needed.
    - municate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field.
    • Valid teaching license with certification in Deaf Education or Special Education in the state of Arizona.
    • Experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing preferred.
    • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or willingness to learn.
    • Strong munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with students and families.
