Job Description

Delta-T Group is collaborating with Group Homes and Day Programs in the greater Meriden area, offering Temp to Perm negotiable opportunities.

All shifts and schedules are currently open for grabs!

COMPENSATION FOR A DIRECT CARE WORKER
$18+/hour (dependent on qualifications, availability, and skill).

This position allows you to work with one of the state's leading providers of care for intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals.

OVERVIEW OF THE OPPORTUNITY
* Ensure activities promote growth to each individual's highest accomplishment level
* Deliver care and services with normalization, care, and concern
* Engage in the house behavior modification system
* Aid in transporting individuals using agency vehicles
* Provide transportation to appointments as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Direct care experience
* First Aid, CPR, and PMT certification required (training available if needed)
* Valid Driver's License
