Masking Technician

Perform masking and racking duties for subsequent chemical processes and paint applications using tape, liquid maskants, and various other materials. Focus on safety, quality, and throughput within the masking department.

• Read and understand work order requirements
• Identify parts with printed and/or electronic pictures
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Troubleshoot tapes, plugs, and liquid maskants with supervisors/quality engineer

The ideal candidate will have experience in reading blueprints customer/OEM specifications preferred. Strong problem-solving skills are required as well as ability to troubleshoot maintain equipment.
Excellent communication verbal/written/listening skills necessary to provide clear instructions present information effectively
