- Responsible for checking prepared meals, ensuring that the meals are matching with the specification and comply with menu cards.
- You will also ensure you have to checked any requests for special meals or last-minute requests (additional meals, aircraft changes, return catering, etc.).
- Report any discrepancies with labelling or paperwork to Shift Manager.
- You will be responsible to do final quality and quantity checks on packed flights
- Ability to work in chilled environment
- Have a basic understanding of Food Safety, you will attend training as part of the role to achieve Level 2 Food Safety
- Meticulous attention to detail and data driven with the ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track solutions
