We are hiring for a talented Business Analyst. This role is onsite again ONSITE (must live in Nashville). Only USC or Green CardsThe Sr. Business Analyst plays a key role in an organization by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role is responsible for gathering and defining requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive successful project outcomes.


Key responsibilities include:

Work with business leaders to ask questions and clarify requirements, review technology solutions to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and requirements.

Review contracts for technical implications. Complete exception and pre-approval documents as needed. Work with stakeholders and technical teams to design effective solutions that address business needs. Create detailed functional specifications and use cases.
What we are looking forRequired 7-10 years experience as a Business Analyst. Bachelors degree in business administration, information technology, or related experience. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
