- Demostrar los Valores Fundamentales de CAMC a través del comportamiento.
- Realizar recuentos, distribuir y entregar suministros y ropa de cama.
- Inventariar y reabastecer suministros y ropa de cama en ubicaciones auxiliares siguiendo solicitudes del departamento.
- Completar el proceso de reabastecimiento de inventario utilizando tecnología manual o automatizada.
- Participar en inventarios físicos y/o conteos cíclicos para mantener un control preciso de inventario.
- Servir como recurso/defensor de la Gestión de Cadena de Suministro para las unidades clínicas asignadas.
- Conocer los productos y servicios contratados.
- Organizar y archivar requisiciones completadas, tickets de recogida y otros informes, registros o datos relacionados.
- Verificar la precisión de todos los recibos antes de colocar en los estantes.
- Documentar todas las actividades de inventario.
- Asegurar la correcta cobranza de suministros a los departamentos.
- Empacar artículos para el envío.
- Operar y mantener todo el equipo de almacén.
- Asistir con la preparación, empaque, envío y documentación completa de suministros y/o equipos para devoluciones de proveedores.
- Llenar requisiciones de suministro para los departamentos solicitantes.
- Eficiente y precisa distribución de materiales y ropa de cama dentro de las instalaciones de CAMC.
- Realizar funciones diarias de limpieza en la sala de ropa de cama y otras áreas de trabajo asignadas.
- Mantener un horario establecido para la distribución de material y ropa de cama.
- Ayudar con la carga y descarga de suministros y ropa de cama de camiones de entrega.
- Retirar la ropa de cama sucia de las ubicaciones en el hospital hasta el área de muelle.
- Desarrollar y mantener una relación positiva y efectiva con todos los representantes de punto de servicio.
- Servir como un representante positivo y profesional de la Gestión de Cadena de Suministro.
- Completar la documentación del informe diario de turno.
- Cumplir con todas las normas de CAMC en cuanto a salud, seguridad y conducta del personal.
- Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura.
- Realizar otras tareas según asignadas o dirigidas para garantizar el buen funcionamiento del departamento.
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED (Requerido)

Descripción del trabajoComo Supply Chain Technician III, tendrás la responsabilidad de reabastecer, distribuir, almacenar y devolver suministros y equipos en las unidades de enfermería.
Utilizarás tecnología de cadena de suministro para mantener un control preciso de inventario.
Resumen del trabajo:
Conocimiento de Grupos de Pacientes (Solo aplica a posiciones con contacto directo con pacientes). Debes poseer/obtener (para el final del período de orientación) y demostrar los conocimientos y habilidades necesarios para proporcionar evaluaciones, tratamientos o cuidados apropiados para el desarrollo según las edades de los pacientes identificadas por el departamento.
Debes demostrar competencia a través de una orientación inicial y validación continua de competencia para realizar tareas y deberes adicionales especificados en la descripción del trabajo y en la lista de competencias específica del departamento/unidad.
