    To better serve our customers in the rapidly changing political advertising environment, the TelevisaUnivision PAG (Political, Advocacy & Government) Team has embarked on an aggressive and exciting mission to super-serve our leading political advertisers. Our mission is to be an integral resource to political advertisers, marketers, and agency partners helping them build their business by connecting them with Hispanic voters.

    The PAG Digital Media Strategist will report to the Director, Digital Strategy, PAG and will provide support to the political, advocacy and government team overseeing key strategic digital initiatives during Election Years (Presidential and Midterms) while providing support to our top tier core digital clients during off-cycle years.

    The PAG Digital Media Strategist will be responsible for account management (pre- to post-sale) of our digital clients by support given to the Sales team. The Strategist will need to possess solid time management skills to work in the fast-paced digital environment while exhibiting the ability to focus on attention to detail. The Strategist should have a team-player attitude, and a solutions oriented/ problem solving approach while serving as a liaison to their advertising agency counterparts and other UCI departments. They will work closely with the PAG and Local Digital Sales Teams, Revenue Operations, Partner Solutions, Outbound Sales Solutions, Ad Operations, and Billing.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Independently manage multiple and complex, strategic accounts from pre- to post sale
  • Strong ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with external clients and agency counterparts
  • Act as the client's main point of contact and the subject matter expert on all campaigns
  • Partner with Sales to build thoughtful, strategic client proposals, presentations, and media plans
  • Provide solutions and manage the completion of all client requests
  • Monitor the campaign's performance, and suggest improvements throughout the process
  • Lead the scheduled execution on all campaigns and deliverables to ensure flawless campaign launch
  • Oversee all client campaign reporting including customized client templates
  • Interact and collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams, including all external communications
  • Provide constructive feedback to internal partners to improve processes and efficiencies
  • YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital account management with an agency, brand, and/or top online publisher with experience working with political campaigns at local, state and national level
  • Strong knowledge and grasp of media math and media plans
  • Prior experience building compelling proposals for clients
  • Strong ability to build and manage long-lasting relationships
  • Strong project management skills
  • Handle many projects at once with equal attention to detail
  • Desired Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience working with GAM, Operative and/or 3rd Party Vendors
  • Strong problem solving, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage client expectations well and have difficult conversations when needed
  • Deep understanding of digital landscape, services, and technologies
  • Must be dedicated, reliable, flexible and confident problem-solver
  • Attention to detail and follow-through to team members and clients
  • Proactive approach with positive, can-do attitude
  • Fluent in Spanish (read and write) a plus, but not required
