We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Bethesda, MD, and lead our DOD-related projects.

    Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Program Manager with extensive experience in DOD-related projects to oversee our programs in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of DOD regulations and requirements. This position requires on-site presence and a current PMP certification.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage multiple DOD-related programs to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

    Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.

    Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

    Ensure compliance with DOD regulations and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

    Mentor and coach project team members to drive excellence and foster professional growth.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

    5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on DOD-related projects.

    PMP certification is required.

    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate.

    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Experience managing large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders and requirements.

    Familiarity with DOD regulations and processes.

    Ability to obtain a security clearance (clearance not required to start).
