    Description
    As a Lab Engineer you will be responsible for the IT infrastructure of a laboratory.
    Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktop, printer, laptop and other computer peripherals

    Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management
    Your Tasks

    We are seeking an experienced L2 engineer to provide desk side support at one of our partners client's location.

    The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, laboratory knowledge, at least 1 year of experience in the pharma industry, working on a regulated enviroment (GxP based), special laboratory software support and strong standard IT knowledge.

    The position is completely onsite. Therefore, the candide should have IT onsite support experience. (preferably 2+ years.)


    JOB DUTIES:
    Incident resolution (troubleshooting, physical check of instrument pcs, network issue, licenses configuration.)
    Work with IT staff to troubleshoot and maintain laboratory software
    User Administration (User creation, access, check on validity of user accounts, in both Active Directory and Applications)
    Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems. (Imaging and Reimaging.)
    Consulting (advice different teams on SOPs, best practices, current state of the art regarding computerized systems)
