- Experience of over three years is required.
- Knowledge of HR databases, ATS, and CMS may be helpful but not a requirement.
- Individuals must be able to successfully generate hospital leads, assign qualified nurses, and maintain retention.
- Candidates must have the ability to develop and coordinate strategies for nurse recruitment and placement to include screening process.
- Be capable of maintaining strong relationships with hospital managers to develop a proactive approach to recruitment and retention.
- Must be capable of assisting staff with strategic planning and prioritizing an appropriate marketing plan for an assigned area.
- Must possess leadership skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to multi-task in a teamwork environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve all recruitment and placement issues.
- Ability to locate, organize, and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Must be extremely organized, self-motivated, creative, and service focused.
- Enthusiasm, excellent verbal, and written communication skills are necessary.
