Role: Lease Operator

Position Description:

We are looking for a motivated Production Operator with mechanical skills and a growth mindset who thrives in a hands-on, field-based work setting. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to conduct repairs and proactive maintenance on equipment.

• Gauge production levels on designated wells and input data into the production system.
• Perform lease maintenance tasks such as minor equipment repairs, weed trimming, and equipment servicing.
• Assist in meter calibrations, monitor rates and pressures, chemical use, and safety systems to optimize production.
• Utilize SCADA to monitor well performance and facility status, and address alarms as needed.

Requirements:

• Five or more years of experience in the oil and gas or manufacturing/industrial sector.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industry components, work with high-pressure systems, and have artificial lift knowledge.

Location: Crane, TX
