As a bustling record label, we thrive on creativity, innovation, and collaboration. We're seeking an energetic Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our vibrant office.

    As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our office, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service and hospitality. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment, handling various administrative tasks, and providing support to our team members at all levels.

    What you'll do:

    • Greet employees and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression for all
    • Oversee the booking of the main conference room, keeping a watchful eye on time
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently
    • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring all essential items are stocked
    • Manage kitchen supplies and snacks, keeping inventory well-stocked and organized in both kitchen areas
    • Set-up and break-down meetings, including ordering catering and arranging conference rooms
    • Assist departmental Executive Assistants and team members with administrative tasks as needed
    • Keep track of birthdays and special occasions, organizing celebrations as required
    • Maintain an updated office directory, ensuring all contact information is up-to-date and accurate
    • Perform light cleaning duties in the kitchen area, including dishwashing and garbage disposal
    • Handle miscellaneous errands and tasks to support the office's daily operations
    • Process Expense reports and send out monthly credit card statements
    • Coordinate facilities requests and liaise with outside vendors for repairs and maintenance
    • Proactively identify and address any office maintenance issues to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all
    • Cross- collaborate with various stakeholders across the company
    • Assist with event planning as necessary
    • Assist with various projects with a can-do attitude

    What you need:

    • Some prior office experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail
    • Proactive problem-solver who can multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Proficiency in Google Suite and basic office equipment
    • Ability to maintain professionalism, diplomacy and composure in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
    • Ability to build excellent relationships with a myriad of personalities
