This role will serve as a key contact and liaison for Windrock customers to ensure their total satisfaction. Interact with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders, handling requests, and providing technical support as needed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

    **What You Will Do:**

    Acts as an advisor to the customer and offers technical solutions and support based on customer needs; help solve problems and answer questions.

    Management of customer orders, ensuring orders processed are accurate, timely and complete

    Timely correspondence with customers via email and phone regarding product availability, delivery status, and order confirmation to support customer satisfaction

    Provide remote customer support for troubleshooting issues and installation/commissioning

    Support all Windrock products and complete customer support logs

    Applies developing knowledge of reciprocating engine and compressor principles and practices

    Maintains effective communication of information to Regional Sales Managers and other team members as needed, including internal and external customers

    Develops effective relationships with appropriate internal company resources to be able to serve as a liaison in effectively serving our existing customers.

    Report to management and engineering any customer feedback received on our equipment

    Maintain an understanding of IIOT technology and articulate differentiators between Windrock and our competitors

    **Education and Experience Requirements:**

    High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical customer service role

    High Mechanical Aptitude

    Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    **PHYSICAL DEMANDS**

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to talk, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
