Job summary
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program in Harrisburg PA. As a Clinical Supervisor you will supervise clinical staff provide leadership guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality care to patients with substance use disorders. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state federal regulations CARF standards and clinic policies procedures making staff assignments creating schedules conducting patient treatment plan reviews performing chart audits communicating results of audits assisting with recruitment hiring training of qualified clinical staff involvement in crisis intervention working as liaison within community ensuring ethical professional conduct by clinical staffResponsibilities- Providing supervision of the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program OTP recovery environment.
- Ensuring compliance with state federal regulations CARF standards clinic policies procedures.
- Making staff assignments creating schedules updating support staff when changes are made.
