Job Summary
A Lead Maintenance Technician oversees a team of maintenance staff performing complex repairs ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks and maintaining the overall upkeep of buildings and common areas often including preventative maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities
- Team Supervision/ Training: Lead and train a team of maintenance technicians assigning tasks training new staff and evaluating performance.
- Work Order Management: Receive prioritize and assign maintenance work orders ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
