    Description

    The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the F&B operations and Banquets. This leader should also have a strong background in food and beverage fundamentals and multi departmental oversight with at least three years' management experience. Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation. POS knowledge a plus.

  • Hire and train new F&B staff
  • Responsible for the payroll of the F&B department
  • Responsible for ensuring the proper scheduling of staff within the prescribed guidelines.
  • Ensure the Breakfast is within Hilton Embassy Suites Brand standards and SOPs are in line
  • Responsible for the inventory and purchasing of the F:&B operation
  • Ensures stocks are controlled for daily use.
  • Manage resources, BEO's in order to keep within set cost guidelines and always be aligned with the forecast and budget.
  • Implements on the job training sessions for the department.
  • Completes all administrative work required on a daily basis.
  • Upholds all health and safety requirements.
  • Orders, stocks, inventories, and maintains all liquor storage areas.
  • Performs Month End Audits with Income Auditor to ensure quality control
