    They have created the worlds first and only hybrid switch with a 250 lane count. They have recently partnered with a Global leading company to reconfigure the future of AI cloud computing.

    This company is actively looking for a strong SoC Architect in San Jose, CA.

    Job Description:

    As a SoC Architect, you'll lead our cutting-edge switch SoC's capability evolution, ensuring our products remain market leaders. Key responsibilities include:

    • Collaborating with marketing and business development to identify impactful use cases.
    • Working with technical teams to deliver new SoC architecture features and efficient Soft/Hardware Co-Designs.
    • Conducting detailed performance analysis, employing performance modeling for complex use cases.
    • Demonstrating expertise in areas like Embedded CPU Subsystem, Platform Security, PCIe/CXL Interconnect, Ethernet Interconnect, Data Network Switching, and Power Management.
    • Authoring hardware specifications and validation plans, reviewing downstream specifications, and ensuring fulfillment of requirements.
    • Participating in industry workgroups and patenting novel technologies.
    • Supporting post-silicon production with silicon debug and customer documentation publication.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience with a Master's Degree or 8+ years with a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering/Computer Science.
    • Proven track record in deploying architectures/architecture features in SoC products.
    • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, ability to motivate diverse technical teams.
    • Proficiency in evaluating architecture proposals, 3rd party IP features, and providing innovative guidance.
    • Deep knowledge of PCIe and CXL standards, defining security architecture for SoCs, and ARM CPU subsystem architecture.
    • Experience with Linux OS and BIOS is a plus.
