    Luke's Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry for a nursing job in Meridian, Idaho.

    Meridian Telemetry is a 27 single bed unit that provides care for our more critical med/surg community. Our patient population includes cardiac, stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, post-surgical, renal impairment, and so much more. Our team-oriented unit has an average nurse/patient ratio of 1:4. We are a great unit to develop your critical thinking and time management skills.

    We are a close-knit team that is here to support each other and to provide the best care for our community.


    Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance eligible for new hires

    Full-time; 3 x 12-hour shifts a week (self-scheduling model)
    Night shift opportunities + shift differentials offered
    Strong shared governance structure that supports clinical practice and professional development
    Team Nursing Model to support staff and improve patient safety
    Responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care
    Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient's needs
