Looking for a Commercial Salesperson (Outside Sales Rep) - San Diego County area We are proud to have an incredible team that provides the exemplary customer service for which Southwest Boulder & Stone is known As a family-owned small business we are committed to creating a rewarding work environment for all employees as we continue to grow JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect for new customers and secure appointments to share SWBs mission and product offerings Manage existing accounts on a daily basis to ensure superior customer service Using the company CRM tool prepare a weekly sales plan that shows initiated sales sales leads and prospects as well as account penetration Learn and understand the basic applications of the products that we sell and how they benefit our customers and their projects Work with internal and external sources to find new product offerings to present clients Attend actively participate in monthly sales meetings BUILD AND DEVELOP STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS PRODUCT EXPERT ON ALL LINES GENERATE NEW LEADS FOR ALL TERRITORIES LEARN AND RALEY INDUSTRY INFORMATION TO SALES MANAGER EVALUATE AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON NEW EXISTING PRODUCTS RESEARCH ANALYZE COMPETITOR PRODUCT PRICING SALES APPROACH ESTABLISH ATTAINABLE SALES GOALS WITH SALES MANAGER MEET WITH SR MANAGEMENT BI-WEEKLY FOR SALES REVIEW REVIEW OPEN PENDING ORDERS RECONCILE MONTHLY MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL LEADS CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS SALESTRENDS VISIT COMPLETED PROJECT SITES TO TAKE PICTURES SUBMIT THOSE PICTURES COPY OF SALES ORDERS EVERY FRIDAY QUALIFICATIONS History of success minimum of years outside experience Previous experience in sales business management or customer service Must have strong computer skills ERP experience Must have effective negotiation skills Detail oriented excellent organizational skills Customer focused exceptional customer service skills Active on social media understand value each platform including LinkedIn BENEFITS Employees receive health benefits vacation accrual sick pay paid holidays opportunity participate generous program Health Benefits include Medical Dental Vision plans life insurance accident plans Employer covers medical coverage After year employment employer provides up to match Full-time Benefit eligible position KEY RESPONSIBILITES UL LIST ITEMIZE EACH POINT>
